The Tin Building by Jean-Georges is an exciting new culinary destination on the site of the iconic Fulton Fish Market. Inspired by New York City’s history as a bustling commercial and maritime hub, the building has been meticulously preserved and restored to create a 53,000-square-foot marketplace.

 

With acclaimed chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten at the helm, the Tin Building will house multiple restaurants and culinary concepts, anchored by a central marketplace featuring a curated selection of seafood, meats, cheese, produce, and specialty items. With a spotlight on locally sourced ingredients from regional producers, the marketplace will showcase a diverse lineup of dishes in a setting that honors the very essence of New York.
